How can I get an invoice for an order?

You can easily generate invoices for any of your orders through the Canvas Account portal.

To view and print your invoice:

  1. Log in to your account portal on
  2. Search for the order under Order History (you can search by order ID, home name, scan name, or email)
  3. Click the “Invoice” next to the order ID
  4. This will open a new tab/window with the invoice for you to print or view
