​Can you review my scan and let me know if it’s good?

3D scanning is brand new to most of our customers, so the on-device 3D scan doesn’t always look familiar. Even after you’ve watched our scanning tutorial video, it’s not always easy for customers new to 3D scanning to tell if they have scanned “correctly.” 

As a result, we are always happy to take a look at your scan and provide feedback on whether it is 1) suitable for Scan To CAD, or 2) indicative of any issues that should be addressed before capturing future scans. Even if we do spot an issue and provide feedback, it is rare that a scan is impossible to process — our feedback will set you up for success, ensuring you get the most accurate results possible, every time. 

We offer this “Scan Review” at no cost to new customers, and are generally happy to do this for any customers who need a bit of extra confidence for a particularly tricky order as well.
