Is my scan done uploading? It looks stuck.

Most scans have no trouble uploading and the vast majority should complete within 20 minutes. In some cases, however, they get stuck. 

If it has been more than 24 hours since you started your upload, we first recommend restarting your device, then re-opening the Canvas app.

This usually does the trick for uploads that get "stuck", but if the upload does not resume and finish within 2 hours, let us know at support@canvas.io so we can help you resolve the issue. 

Again, it's important to keep the Canvas app open and connected to wi-fi to allow the upload to complete.
